Young and old can get hired. This is a great group of proactive, responsive, patient staff. I had a question about my W2, which by the way is on an internet employee portal with a lot of great information, and the HR staff phoned me right after I emailed them at 7pm to answer my questions. My first experience with them left a lot to be desired. I already had a job lined up and only needed to go through... their logistics to be placed. During the first meeting it seemed like no one really had answers, and they kept insisting on placing me in three other facilities before having the manager from the place I had planned to work at call them to set them straight. Between lost documents, nonworking preloaded cards, it took about a month to receive my first paycheck. To this day i still get emails from them requesting i turn in a timesheet even th i havent worked with them in months.read more

My experience with grassroots was great. They were able to get me a full time job trimming weed. The company i temp... for ended up hiring me on. Joe and Amber are professional and easy to work with. My only complaint is paystubs are not provided, which is weird. All n all, I recommend this company if you're looking to get your foot in the door with the cannabis industry.read more
